  • 1 chicken breast, chopped into pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire (Worcestershire sauce)
  • 6 chopped stuffed olives
  • 1/2 cup of mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper


Cut the chicken breast into pieces and season it with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, place the butter and sauté the chicken for 5 minutes or until it begins to brown.

Add the chopped vegetables and cook about 5 minutes over medium-low heat.

Add the sauces, the cream, the olives and the mushrooms, cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing the sauce to thicken a little; rectify the seasoning.

To serve, add chopped parsley if desired.
