  • 1 Spaghetti package.
  • 1 Kg of Shrimp (peeled), surimi sticks, clams (steamed), squid (boiled in slices).
  • 15-20 chopped colored olives.
  • 2 ripe tomatoes.
  • 2 tablespoons of minced peppermint leaf.
  • 1 small onion.
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes.
  • 1 tablespoon of clams.
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable butter.
  • Salt.
  • Fresh pepper.


In an open saucepan, melt the vegetable butter. Then wash and peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Same with onion. Pour the tomatoes and onion into a pan until slightly wilted, that is 2-3 minutes. Boil the spaghetti with salt for 6 -8 minutes. Then drain under the tap to cool. After draining well, place it in a deep dish. Mix the tomatoes and onions with the capers, assorted seafood, olives, cut the sun dried tomatoes in half and season with pepper. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti, making sure it is mixed well. Finally, garnish with the mint leaves and serve.
