  • 3 cups of chicken cooked and minced
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ⅛ teaspoon of white pepper
  • ¼ cup feta or Greek cheese
  • 8 strips of lasagna pasta previously cooked
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Prego spaghetti sauce


In a medium saucepan combine the chicken, ricotta cheese, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk and pepper until blended.

Then spread ½ cup of the mixture on each lasagna strip and roll them up. In a baking dish spread a cup of the Prego spaghetti sauce, then place the lasagna rolls with the opening upside down facing the sauce. Cover the rest of the rolls with the other cup of the spaghetti sauce.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake it for 30 minutes at 375 °.

To serve it sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
