  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1/3 vegetable drink of your preference (Almond, rice, coconut, oatmeal, etc)
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup calorie-free sweetener (Stevia, Monk Fruit, Xylitol)
  • 200g of 70-100% cocoa tablet (Melt in a water bath or in the micro in 30sec intervals so that it does not burn)
  • 1 cup of coconut, almond, oatmeal or tapioca flour.
  • 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder.
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.


In a bowl mix all the liquids (eggs, vegetable drink, vanilla, melted cocoa) until it is homogeneous; in another bowl all the dry ones (flour, the sweetener, baking powder and cocoa) stir until smooth and now if we put everything together in a bowl, we mix until there is a dough. We grease a mold with coconut oil or use waxed paper (so we do not need to grease and save a few extra calories), we place the mixture in our mold (preferably square) and we take it to the oven at 350 F for 15 min and at the end you can garnish with “icing sugar” without sugar.
