- Hard Eggs (boiled in water with shell)
- Dijon Mustard
Once the eggs are cooked, they are halved and you remove the yolks, place them on a plate and for every 2 yolks you add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, pepper and salt to taste, mash everything and stir until a homogeneous mixture remains. You fill the egg whites with that mixture and at the end you add a touch of paprika and that’s it! Enjoy!
