  • 1 piece of banana
  • 1 cup of amaranth flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of amaranth
  • 4 tablespoons of chia
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup of light skim milk
  • enough of cooking spray
  • raspberry to taste
  • blueberry to taste
  • mint to decorate to taste
  • melted chocolate to taste, to decorate


In a bowl with the help of a fork, mash the banana. Reservation

Mix the amaranth flour with the whole wheat flour, amaranth, chia, cinnamon, and sugar. Add the eggs, the banana, the vanilla essence, the baking powder, the milk and beat until integrated.

Spray a little cooking spray in a skillet over medium heat, pour in a little of the pancake mixture and cook for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with raspberries, blueberries and garnish with mint and melted chocolate.
